Handmade Pasta
Our pasta is rolled and shaped in-house each morning — the kind that requires nothing but time, flour, and hands that know the work. We make a small selection of shapes, each one chosen because it carries sauce the way it should. A fresh egg dough for the filled pastas, a softer semolina for the long strands. The sauces are simple: good butter, a few perfect ingredients, and the pasta itself doing most of the talking.
Wood-Fired Pizza
The oven runs hot — hot enough that a pizza hits its peak in ninety seconds. You see it happen: the crust blisters and chars at the edges while the center stays tender and slightly chewy, smoke curling up from the opening. The base is thin but not brittle, charred in places where the dough touched the stone, soft where it rises. We build them simply, the way they're meant to be, and slide them out before the toppings have a chance to dry out.
Antipasti & Starters
We keep a rotating selection of things meant to share while you're deciding what's next — cured meats from producers we trust, roasted vegetables that taste like themselves, marinated fish, cheese, pickled things that brighten the table. What's here changes with the season and what arrives at the market that morning. Order a few and pass them around; they're built for that kind of meal.
Natural Wine
Our wine list is short — a careful selection of small producers who let the grapes and the place speak for themselves. Natural wine means no added sulfites, minimal fining, and a winemaker who trusts the process. You'll find wines that are alive in the glass, that taste like where they came from. The list changes often, and our team can point you toward what works with tonight's pasta or pizza, or just what sounds good to you right now.
Weekend Brunch
On Saturday and Sunday we open at ten, and the kitchen brings the same care to brunch that it does to dinner. Handmade pasta shows up in different ways — maybe an egg-rich carbonara, maybe something lighter with greens and a soft cheese. The wood-fired oven bakes our bread and keeps the kitchen warm. We have coffee that tastes like coffee, and something sweet to finish — the kind of meal that doesn't rush, where two hours disappears while you're not looking.
